Updates to the MN COVID-19 Preparedness Plan Requirements for Restaurants & Bars

Minnesota governor Tim Walz has updated the COVID-19 Preparedness Plan Requirements for establishments that offer food and beverage to customers.
Some highlights of this updated version include the following:
- Occupancy is limited to 50% capacity (up to 150 customers)
- Onsite dining hours are between 4AM-10PM
- Celebrations such as weddings that involve food/drink are limited to two households (up to 10 people indoors) and three households (up to fifteen people) outdoors
- The maximum table capacity is six guests
- Reservations are required for onsite dining
- Additional information on tents and igloos have been added to the document
